He was walking around the truck.

IW was towed into the [REDACTED] yard because he had a breakdown in truck [REDACTED]. When he got out of the tow truck instead of walking around the front of the truck he stepped onto the tow bar wheel lift that was approximately 3 feet high to cut between the wrecker and his truck. When he stepped onto it he stated he was trying to light his cigarette at the same time when he tripped on a wire falling to his right hand and hit his face on the gravel parking lot.
