Before the incident
Employee was loading his fifth double-stack into trailer 7439; the trailer begin to fall forward slightly to the right. The employee stayed inside the forklift until the trailer stop moving. Afterwards the employee got off the forklift and exit the trailer and alerted his supervisor.
What happened
Trailer landing gear gave out. When that happened the trailer fell to the right while the employee was inside the trailer on his forklift.
