Working on T1 clutch. Using the crane had clutch and hub elevated over work table about 1 2. Was using a sledge hammer to break the hub from the plate. The plate was supported by forks on the outside of the plate.

When the hub was struck with the sledge hammer the plate and hub broke free from each other. This resulted in the plate coming off the forks that were used to support it. The plate fell to the ground striking colleagues right leg and pinching his leg foot between the plate and gib on the floor
