Receiving 2nd truck throwing parcels.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Supervisor had just received the 2nd truck and while scanning and throwing parcels in the Distribution Area she became overheated and felt weak dizzy and short of breath. Supervisor became nauseous had a headache and pain in her chest. TW House a c unit was out and was very hot in the building. Supervisor notified her team via text and phone stating she felt very horrible and was going to leave and seek medical. Supervisor left and went to Urgent Care at [REDACTED]. The Supervisor was treated and admitted to HCA Medical Center at [REDACTED] and was released on [REDACTED] with a note placing her off work and to follow-up with her PCP within 2 days. Supervisor followed up with Dr on [REDACTED] with a note placing her off work thru [REDACTED].
