Moving boxes on skateboard

Employee was operating PIT equipment ([REDACTED]) when he crossed the equipment transporting track in the floor causing the equipment fuse to blow which caused the PIT to suddenly stop The employee failed to maintain 3 points of contact which caused the employee to be thrown to the floor when the PIT came to a sudden stop. Employee landed on the floor injuring his lower back and right arm. The employee was transported to the hospital by rescue where he was admitted for overnight treatment.
