What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] the employee had just returned to the office. She had unloaded the vehicle but parked in the wrong space. She went back out to move the vehicle to the correct parking spot. When she got out the vehicle and locked it she stated she fainted and fell on her face causing injury. The employee stated she had no signs of dizziness or light headiness or history of fainting. The supervisor state the employee missed step and trip.
