What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Expeditor Clerk entered 28-foot trailer at [REDACTED] to scan trip arrival. The expeditor tripped and fell on dock plate while exiting the trailer. He hit his face and knees on the floor causing abrasions above the left eye and both knees. The truck driver activated the dock plate and may have not completely set it properly.
