The carrier called and said that he started to feel dizzy due to the humidity and not having any air in the LLV. The carrier was instructed to pull over and wait for help. He called back and stated that he couldn 't feel his arms anymore and he called 911 because he thought he was having a heat stroke. The paramedic told the supervisor that they were going to transport the carrier to make sure he was safe because he was dehydrated.
