What happened

On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] employee was involved in a physical altercation with one of the maintenance employees while delivering parcels inside [REDACTED]. When I arrived at [REDACTED] the carrier stated that she and the maintenance employee apologized to each other and that she refused medical attention and refused to press charges so the police left. Then as she attempted to pick up a package from the floor of the truck she dropped it and complained of pain in her right shoulder. I asked if she would be ok but she stated that she didn’t think she could continue. I then asked if she needed immediate medical attention or if she just needed to go home for the day. She then stated that the pain seemed to be getting worse so I called [REDACTED] and EMS transported her to [REDACTED] Langone [REDACTED].
