Bending down to pick up a Cart
What happened
Employee bent down to pick up a cart and when she raised up she felt a pain shoot up my arm. She continued to work but still felt the pain throughout the night. She went home and took some pain medicine. The next day she still felt pain but came to work anyway. While at work the pain became unbearable. So she informed the lead. She informed her to speak with a supervisor. They proceeded to find MDO to inform her of the situation.
