Carrier stated that “I was in the process of completing the delivery of mail and four parcels to [REDACTED]. As I was walking down the driveway of the address listed above I slipped and landed on my left side. I landed on my left arm and bottom my left knee shifted forward along with my foot. I sat for a minute to gather myself. I got up and inched for the tuck. I immediately felt throbbing in my left arm knee and foot. I got back into the truck and contacted my supervisor [REDACTED] for further assistance. [REDACTED] provided me with instructions for my next steps.”
