Mail processing Clerk slip trip and fall on work floor around [REDACTED]. Clerk was passing through 2 APC which has join bar at the bottom of APC. Clerk did not see the bar was join between 2 APC and was passing through. Her right leg was stuck in the joint bar and slip trip and fall on her right leg knee. While she fell her head hit on the floor as well as right and left palm arm twist and in pain. Clerk was conscious as she was not able to move around hence ended up with calling an ambulance for medical treatment at RWJ hospital in [REDACTED].
