Carrier approached the residence and knocked on the door to check the delivery address was correct. An older customer opened the door and tried to hold back 2 dogs. 1 dog escaped the door and went to bark at the carrier. The carrier asked the customer to get control of their dog but before they did the dog bit the carrier on the right hand as she was trying to place the package down.
