Driving around septic truck
What happened
Around [REDACTED] while delivering mail on [REDACTED] at address [REDACTED]. there was a septic truck blocking view for ongoing traffic. Before accelerating Rural Carrier checked rearview mirror and seen a silver SUV 50 feet away from me. As he proceeded to move around septic truck out of nowhere he was hit on left side of vehicle which causes them to hit parked septic truck. Rural Carrier immediately made contact with supervisor and called law enforcement. He was asked if any assistance (EMS) is needed but refused.
