CCA was servicing a mailbox at [REDACTED] when she was rearended by a civilian leaving a voting pole location. CCA was at the box at a complete stop when the civilian turned out from the drive of the voting pole and rearended the [REDACTED] CCA was driving. The customer did not wait for authorities to arrive. CCA and the customer did speak he made sure she was ok offered his insurance she had told him to wait until her supervisor arrived and he would get the insurance. She returned back to the [REDACTED] and secured her seatbelt. She stated 10 or 20 minutes went by and she looked back and the customer was gone.
