What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the City Carrier stated after finishing [REDACTED] the carrier was asked to help scan collection box from [REDACTED]. The carrier arrived at the station at [REDACTED] to get the key and left at [REDACTED]. While driving to [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and waiting for traffic to clear. As he made a left turn a gray sedan suddenly sped towards him and hit his truck causing it to spin. He felt pain in his right leg and head. A Bystander helped him out of the truck and advised him to wait for EMT. Carrier made a left hand turn on [REDACTED] to scan the collection box. An oncoming vehicle hit him on the front passenger side of the [REDACTED].
