What happened
On [REDACTED] at or about [REDACTED] we were waiting for the fork to pop the straps on some lids. the fork popped all but 1 strap on some lids. We grabbed the strap pulled the tab but the strap didn 't separate. So we both grabbed the strap and pulled it apart. When the tension lessened I fell backwards. Placing my hands face down to brace Fall impact. Assa result my right wrist swelled slightly after a few minutes of returning to work. I then notified my supervisor.
