Scanning Amazon Packages

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I was scanning amazon delivery boxes as usual. There were boxes of all different sizes. Among all the Amazon boxes this particular box was very heavy and I lifted up the box to be scanned. After I scanned the box I began to feel uncomfortable on my right upper arm and there was a very unusual stiffness and pain. As the time progressed discomfort and pain continued to increase. When I went to my doctor for treatment I was told that I sprained my triceps muscles of the upper right arm. Currently I am following all the restrictions and limitations advised by the doctor and I am continuing to follow up for further treatment.
