While sweeping MS on robot [REDACTED]&[REDACTED] [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] mail handler had picked a tray up from the floor that needed to go into an APC that was [REDACTED] 4 full. When he tried to put the full heavy EMM tray into it he felt a pop in his left wrist as he had it at shoulder level placing it into the APC. This was diagnosed as a sprain.
