The shelf of an APC fell on right hand ring finger. Employee was unloading truck while unloading truck forklift stalled. [REDACTED] was carrying 3 APCs one was about to tip over he tried to push the shelf APC on the forklift to straighten it up. When he pushed on the shelf the shelf came up and his right hand got caught under it. Laceration to ring finger right hand
