What happened
Employee was unloading with another employee a nested trailer of unstrapped GPCs. GPCs were tiled over each other. Employee was attempting to grab one GPC to set up and unload while the other employee was holding up the other GPS entangled with it. A GPC on the side came out from behind and fell on mail handler. hitting him on the neck and his shoulders.
