[REDACTED] reported [REDACTED] that he felt a sharp pain on his groin area on [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED]. He parked his Promaster at [REDACTED] and took the mail [REDACTED] Plum and slugs for the next hit. He felt a sharp pain in groin area like muscle tighten or pulled muscle. He continued delivering mail and didn 't report it thinking it was not serious. But on [REDACTED] he went to Emergency Room for because the pain and tightness continues. Upon examination doctor found out that I have an Inguinal Hernia. He needs a surgery and will scheduled soon.
