On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Regular Clerk (Expeditor) was coming out a contractor truck on [REDACTED]. The driver already lifted the dock plate creating a gap between the track and platform. Employee didn 't notice the gap and fell into it. The Clerk was stuck and felt pain in their left chest. Their right leg got cut.
