What happened
Employee stated she was trying to move a gpc that was being used for worked tubs. She did not notice the gpc did not have a orange security latch and the ledge divider was in the upright position. Because it didnt have a latch it slammed down on my right hand. It wasnt tagged as damaged it wa still being used.
