What happened
ON [REDACTED] I ARRIVED AT [REDACTED] TO DELIVER AT THE NBCU BOXES I STEPPED OUT THE TRUCK WITH FLATS IN HANDS PROCEEDED TO WALK TO THE BOX WHEN I TRIPPED ON THE STEP AND FELL TO THE GROUND I PULLED MYSELF OFF THE GROUND AND LIMP TO MY TRUCK. I STARTED TO FEEL A SHARP PAIN IN MY ANKLE WHICH IS WHEN I CALLED THE SUPERVISOR AND ALERTED HER THAT I MIGHT HAVE SPRAINED MY ANKLE. RESIDENT [REDACTED] ASK ME IF I WAS OKAY AS SHE WITNESS ME FALLING.
