What happened
Employee was on walking back up to her console on APBS 1. On her way back she tripped on one of the large screws that is bolted into the ground for one of the barriers and fell to the floor. While falling there was a box on the ground that broke her fall. She is complaining of left knee and left forearm pain. She was taken away by ambulance.
