What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] supervisor was assisting in the Amazon Parcel Distribution due to short staffing. The Supervisor proceeded to pick up a heavy box that was not labeled as such to scan under pass machine and suddenly he felt a sharp pain in his groin area He stopped momentarily and the pain subsided so he continued working. However around [REDACTED] the pain returned and did not go away until he took some ibuprofen. He continued to finish his work day but the pain continued. As he left for the day and locked the outside gate to the facility the sharp pain returned in his groin area and that 's when he decided to go to the hospital. Resulted in a Inguinal Strain
