CARRIER SAW DOG TANGLED UP IN CHAIN AND APROACHED DOG TO GET PHOINE NUMBER OFF OF THE DOG HOUSE TO CALL AND LET SOMEONE KNOW. SHE DID NOT REALIZE THAT SHE WAS CLOSE ENOUGH FOR THE DOG TO GET HER WHEN SHE TURNED AROUND THE DOG HAD HER RIGHT HAND.
