Removing GPMCs from a trailer.

On [REDACTED] I instructed [REDACTED] to remove the postcons from the trailer on the [REDACTED] that were already put together; and thereafter I would instruct someone to assist with putting the other ones together (that were behind ones already assembled). Employee is aware there should always be 2 people present when putting together postcons. Shortly thereafter she approached me and stated she was not going back in the trailer because the postcons almost swiped her shoulder. I advised her not to go back into the trailer. I went to the trailer and viewed the postcons. There was still one (1) postcon remaining at the front of the trailer that was already assembled. The row of postcons that needed to be assembled were behind the one in the front. The were stanted and appeared to have slid horizontally. [REDACTED] employee came back to me and stated the postcon hit her shoulder. I asked her to clarify because initially she stated it almost hit her; then she said it hit me.
