What happened
Carrier was making a left turn at the intersection of [REDACTED] with a leading green light to turn left onto [REDACTED]. Customer failed to stop at red light as he traveled on [REDACTED]. The carrier was in the intersection when the left front of the customer vehicle made impact with the left rear of the LLV. The impact caused the LLV to spin around and land on its right side. The driver 's door was closed and the carrier was wearing both lap and shoulder belt. The carrier was transported and treated at Shands Hospital in [REDACTED] ER. The other driver was cited for failure to yeild.
