Employee was driven to dismount spot for business delivery got mail ready for delivery and dismounted vehicle.

Carrier was being driven by another carrier. Carrier dismounted [REDACTED] to go into her first business delivery at [REDACTED] when she slipped on black ice causing her to fall on her left side hip elbow wrist and shoulder. After falling carrier continued to deliver to the business she fall at. Upon EAS and Union [REDACTED] arriving at location we took pictures and [REDACTED] requested to go to Urgent care. Carrier mentioned hitting her head as she was leaving back to the office but was not reporting any symptoms ( she did not report hitting her head upon arrival at the scene). Upon arriving at Urgent Care she was sent via ambulance to [REDACTED] Hospital for exhibiting concussion like symptoms.
