What happened
Employee was sweeping robot #1 when it stopped due to a light curtain. He entered the robot and saw that the robot arm had knocked off the yellow bar at the bottom that holds the webbing in place. He replaced the metal bar and when he went to stand up he had misjudged the height in which the robot arm sat. He smacked his forehead against the robot fingers and gashed his skin. He informed management right away and we cleaned the wound and sent him to the hospital.
