On [REDACTED] i got to my [REDACTED] w [REDACTED] to do my deliveries. as there is no mbu boxes i have to load my bag with as much as I can to avoid time wasting practices of multiple trips I put bag on shoulders I felt a sharp pain in lower stomach area groin area. I put mail back in truck and rested for a minute i continued with route and hoped pain would go away I work up [REDACTED] with sharp pain in the same area of stomach i called in [REDACTED] unsure if pain would go away. [REDACTED] i bought a wrap and consulted my union rep i reported it on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I went to dr. office today [REDACTED] and they advised they could not see me unless I had a form
