walking up stairs to deliver a package

[REDACTED] was walking up stairs to deliver a package when top stair gave out and broke when coming down. While stair was breaking he fell into his left elbow and shoulder into the metal railing. Called station to report immediately at first he denied seeking medical and carried on with his route. SCS went out and took photos of stairs and spoke with carrier. After a few more cuts of his route carrier called back and did choose to seek medical.
