Before the incident
tripped over a rope while making deliveries
What happened
carrier tripped over a rope in the customers yard and scraped her forehead. The string was about 6 inches a from the ground (which was covered in grass) and appeared to be some type of property line. Carrier notified me over the phone and said she did not want medical attention but when I arrived the Ambulance pulled up immediately after me. Carrier was taken to [REDACTED] to be evaluated for possible head trauma. She was released at [REDACTED] and cleared to return to work [REDACTED] without restrictions.
