verified kc On [REDACTED] emp. was prepping mail and when she tried to move the lift she hit my toe on the bottom. Then reported she was moving the ergo and rolled over her toes screamed and holler and [REDACTED] asked what happen. When she got home she took off her shoe foot and toes was buried. She then reported she soaked and iced it down. Then went to the ER.
