On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] mail carrier was exiting from the [REDACTED] there was a tractor trailer parked on the side of the road and some workers putting new grass on the tractor was blocking the visibility to the left side of the road and one of the workers standing on the road signaled him to go as he started to make a left turn a car coming westbound on [REDACTED] from behind the tractor trailer impacted him on the front of the truck.
