On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] City Carrier was leaving the [REDACTED] Annex for the day. As she was leaving her heel rolled of the curb falling forward on both knees and twisting her ankle. It was getting dark out but there is lighting outside. It was dry and Hot. Weather or lighting did not play a part in this injury. 2 Carriers witnessed the slip and fall and helped the carrier up off the ground. Carriers notified the closing Supervisor who came outside to the employee. It was determined she needed medical treatment.
