Employee reported to the Edison Customer Care Center for his first day in the call center during the call center orientation At approx. [REDACTED] the employee suffered an onset of severe back pain and proceeded to move from his chair to the floor lying face down. He was unable to rise so a call was placed to [REDACTED] which arrived at the facility at [REDACTED]. They assessed his condition then lifted the employee onto a stretcher and put him in an ambulance to go to the hospital. Left the facility at [REDACTED].
