Unloading APC on LCTS
What happened
Approximately around [REDACTED] employee came to my office door with her hand covered in blood stating the APC shelf hit her in the head on the LCTS while she was pulling the trays out of the APC. She went to the restroom to clean herself up. I called [REDACTED] and they arrived and took her to Shady Grove Hospital. I have no further details at this time. I asked the other employees on the LCTS did they see what happened and they said no she just told them.
