What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] the employee was attempting to push the parcel hamper out of her case. There was piles of marriage mail on both sides of the case. She stated she has no room to move freely therefore her right foot got caught on a pile of the marriage mail causing her to fall on the floor. In doing so a tub of her neighbor 's mail (flats) not being stable fell down with her landing partially on her right leg. Because of her fall her neck and lower back are sore.
