On [REDACTED] City Carrier reported to Management she opened the [REDACTED] located at [REDACTED] to deliver mail. Carrier turned around to retrieve mail to place in [REDACTED]. When carrier turn her back to the [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] fell and pinned carrier between [REDACTED] and Promaster resulting in the [REDACTED] bending her left knee and left wrist backwards.
