What happened
Custodian was cutting down Amazon cardboard boxes using a box knife on the Airpark loading dock at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. Custodian was cutting an approximately 6ft piece of cardboard that was leaning at a 45-degree angle on a USPS westpak custodian was cutting the piece in half starting from the opposite side cutting toward his leg as he cut all the way through the piece the knife continued to cut the left side of his left leg. Cutr was not Postal approved and was removed from service along with all other non-postal cutters. Postal approved cutters provided.
