What happened
Around [REDACTED] 2 ton was legally parked at [REDACTED]. I just got up out of my seat then felt a big boom which made me fall to my right between the steps and right side door. I tried to get up to open my door on my right side but felt pain. I immediately called my supervisor. The ambulance came and took me to Penn Presbyterian Hospital.
