Carrier was unloading a heavy parcel and turned awkwardly as he was pulling the package out of the vehicle. He instantly felt pain in his lower back. He attempted to stretch throughout the day but wasn 't getting much relief. carrier went to the ER after leaving work for the day. (employee did not immediately report the incident to management)
