They were dismounting out of the promaster infront of [REDACTED] to deliver parcels. *[REDACTED] got out and took a couple of steps and stepped into the water meter hole with her right foot. *[REDACTED] stated that he came around his truck when he heard a yell and found *[REDACTED] on the ground with her foot in the hole. He had to assist her up and back into the truck because she couldn 't walk.
