On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] after speaking with another employee at her hotcase I turned left to return to my machine when the driver of the forklift accidentally rolled over my foot. I noticed immediate pain in my left foot upon trying to apply weight and could not. My co worker helped me sit down in the breakroom where i was able to apply ice and recognize the pain was severe.
