At approximately 1400 hours on [REDACTED] CCA parked vehicle to move next section of packages up to the front. Stepped out of Metris van opened sliding door a heavy parcel fell out and landed on carrier 's left foot causing an apparent injury to second third and fourth toes causing pain and swelling. CCA called supervisor to inform them of the injury. CCA carried on preforming delivery duties till the end of shift. nothing follows.
