Employee called on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] stating she was just bit by a dog while delivering at [REDACTED]. She called the ambulance herself and was transported to [REDACTED] Medical Center. I was provided a police card with report numbers and animal control number. That was all. I have not received any follow up information from the carrier since then.
