What happened
[REDACTED] PTF City Carrier came back from delivering [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] stating he needed to seek medical attention. He states he was getting DPS from the driver 's side door of the Metris. He was bent over as he stood up he hit his left elbow causing an impulse reaction and his right arm swung out hitting a metal plate. This caused instant pain to the right hand. When he returned from Patient First I videoed a supervisor reenacting what he said happened as he talked us through it. Video will be attached.
